Neurons firing away trying to form a thought process with which to reboot the machine. But despite these efforts, the pattern continued, intensified, and was soon the only reality we knew. Systematic computerized responses continued on their courses despite each and every near fatal malfunction that occurred. We mourned our mistakes, and we tortured ourselves and each-other in repentance. Constant uprisings of the past gave shape to a tormented future where all creation spawned from destruction and no accomplishment seemed as such, and that feeling of dissatisfaction led to a faster more rigorous chain of self destructive actions. It was hell, in the opinions of those who called themselves "philosophers" or "free-thinkers", though in fact, the world was in the greatest harmony it had ever known.
Everything was eventually working itself around into another form of chaos, going from chaos in a destructive form, to chaos in a creative form. If Earth really was, as many people have daydreamed, just an experiment of celestial entities, then it was a success. So far throughout the course of the planets life-span each form of civilization had reached its maximum potential and then begun its downfall, like waves in the ocean, or rather waves in the universe, the tides swelled and changed with time, the waves getting larger and more dangerous, but never carrying away so much that another beginning couldn't occur.
